RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

ARTICLE 1 – POLICY DURATION

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

ARTICLE 2 – RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Certain types of products cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases

Other items not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Certain health and personal care products

ARTICLE 3 – REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR RETURNS

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

ARTICLE 4 – PARTIAL REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

In certain cases, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

ARTICLE 5 – REFUND PROCESS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

ARTICLE 6 – LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. First, check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

ARTICLE 7 – SALE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.

ARTICLE 8 – EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at contact@mysadaka.fr and send your item to the following address:
60 Rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France.

ARTICLE 9 – GIFTS

If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

ARTICLE 10 – RETURN SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to the following address:
60 Rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France.

Shipping fees:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

Valuable items:

If you are shipping an item over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
