All orders are processed within 24 hours. The specific service, such as Quran deposit, wheelchair donation, proxy Umrah, or proxy Hajj, is generally completed within 10 to 15 days.
When will I receive the video of my service?
You will receive the personalized video shortly after the service is completed, usually within 10 to 15 days.

What is MySadaka?
MySadaka is a platform dedicated to making acts of sadaqa jariya and proxy pilgrimages, such as Omra and Hajj Badal, easier for Muslims around the world.
Who performs the acts of charity and the pilgrimages?
The acts are performed by Islamic studies students in Makkah, who have themselves completed their own pilgrimages.
How does my contribution support the community?
Your contributions help fund the education of Islamic studies students who perform the services, supporting the next generation of scholars.

Why place a Quran in Makkah?
Placing a Quran in Makkah ensures ongoing rewards (hassanat) every time it is read.
How do I know if my Quran has been placed?
You will receive a frame containing a QR Code linking to the video of the Quran deposit, including prayers made for the beneficiary.

Who benefits from the wheelchair donation?
The wheelchair is made available to pilgrims in need in Makkah, helping them during their pilgrimage and daily life.
How do I know if my wheelchair has been donated?
You will receive a frame containing a QR Code redirecting to the video of the wheelchair delivery, including prayers made for the beneficiary.
Can I dedicate the wheelchair donation to someone?
Yes, you can dedicate the donation to a loved one by providing their details during the order process.

What is Umrah by proxy?
Proxy Umrah is performing the Umrah on behalf of someone who is unable to do it themselves due to illness or death.
Who performs the Umrah by proxy?
Our dedicated students in Makkah, who have completed their own pilgrimages, perform the Umrah by proxy on your behalf.
Is Umrah by proxy allowed in Islam?
Yes, performing Umrah by proxy for someone who cannot do it due to illness or death is permitted in Islam. The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Perform Hajj and Umrah on behalf of your father" (Sunan Abu Dawood).
What kind of video will I receive?
You will receive a personalized video of the entire Umrah process, including all steps and heartfelt prayers made on behalf of the beneficiary.
